Pixelate Transition in IE

Cool man, try this for a transition effect...

Unfortunately these tags are not allowed on blogspot, and I'm afraid I haven't got time to start playing now, so you'll have to add it to your own page, sorry. Just edit up an HTML page and paste in the above metatags, open in a browser and voila... pixelations!!! I've only tested this in IE, and I would guess it probably only works in IE since it's using a Microsoft specific COM (?) component.
